Les âmes (the souls)
(The breath of God)
Searching for God, for their salvation, they give a meaning to their lives. They come from far, sometimes kneeling, inhabited by faith or without hope. They confide to the stones, the sun, the trees or to the wind most of themselves, alone in the world, who they are.
Praying to the moon and to the sun, imploring the sky to relieve their torments, they take the path of those who know the divine. Looking everywhere, but within themselves, they can’t find themselves, neither their salvation, nor Man, nor the Gods.
Begging for their path and meaning, they raise their eyes to the sky and blind themselves, crushed by their shadow. They leave the task to others to say for them what they know but ignore. They rely on others and lose themselves. They search for the meaning of their existences.
Once they will perceive the voice which is only perceptible to themselves, they will accept to hear themselves. If they pay attention in welcoming it, they will celebrate themselves, they will recognise their breath of God.
